With 17 years of experience as a critical care nurse, I have dedicated my career to helping others through some of their most vulnerable moments. As a mother and a professional bikini bodybuilder, I understand firsthand the importance of balance, resilience, and taking care of both body and mind. My passion for health and wellness extends beyond the hospital setting, which inspired me to start my IV hydration and wellness clinic. I created this space to help people feel their best—whether they’re recovering, rehydrating, or optimizing their performance—by combining clinical expertise with a personalized, wellness-focused approach to care.
